I know its still early. But will this trail cutting still happen with all the snow we have? Im in Baltimore and we have more than 2 feet. Just seeing how RC is holding up.

It's still on.  We got about a foot of snow.   Tommy was driving around the new property today, he said work can still get done despite the snow.  Folks who wheeled today were able to get in and out of the West property.

With the second storm adding another foot of snow, we've decided to cancel the trail cutting scheduled for Saturday Feb 13th.

That makes alot of sense. It is hard to build a trail when you can not see the ground and what is on it..

Lynn

I think I can get a few or more willing slaves helpers for the March 6 trail work from Gotham City Land Cruisers and FJ Northeasters. Are you putting a limit on how many people you want, or will you take all you can get? How soon do you have to know about how many will show up from our groups?

We're going to try and have work parties throughout March, assuming we don't get any more measurable snow.  We have quite a few people coming March 6th already, if your clubs want to schedule something later in March, that might work out better.

Team mud nuts always has a bunch of members ready for some trail cutting.

If march 6th is full can we organize a group and contact you about a date later in march?

Thanks lynn and congrats Rausch Creek!

I'm up for the 6th, if the weather holds out. No tools other than my hands and back. :)  BTW will be my first trip to RC. As my first one was canceled on the ride there due to a major catastrophic failure of motor.

The March 6th trail cutting is being rescheduled to Saturday March 27th.  Hopefully that date works for everyone who was going to help out on the 6th.   It's just not going to be a productive use of time and energy dealing with the deep snow.
