I've seen someone run blues and some blacks in a yj with 1" lift shackles and 31's (open/open) witout an issue. It all depends on what lines you take, your driving ability, and how well you know your rigs limitations. O yeah good tires help too

I pulled some of the comments made in the other thread about 2wd trucks in the park to help explain why 2wd trucks are not allowed.

From M2

I'll pretend to be the responsible adult here... I'd really not recommend it. Besides the fact that your going to beat the holy hell out of your truck trying to get through the rougher sections of almost any green trail, your just going to be a burdain on your friends (or anyone else) who might have to pull you out. If you have friends with 4x4 trucks, just ride passenger with them until you get something more capable for yourself. Keep the 2wd in the parking lot where the tow rigs belong.

From Bruce

Here comes "kill joy Bruce"

Technically we don’t allow 2wd drive trucks into the park. Have some snuck by us? Yes? Have they called for help? YES lol

I would strongly suggest not taking you truck out onto our trails and have fun riding shotgun.

From Kyle

I’ll bring up another good point if you try to drive a 2wd truck on a trail and you have trouble you are going to beat the trail as bad as the truck. Sitting and spinning on a trail to try and get through will dig holes and ruts that will make it harder for the person that has a stock 4wd behind you. Please be responsible and try and help all of us out by treading lightly and and driving cautiously.

I gotta say i agree with everyone on this. 2wd trucks were made for trips to get parts for ur 4x4 truck, or desert running, you prob. have a good rig, but.................. ......just my  :2twocents: worth

I'd go 4x4. Actually it looks like you don't have an option. You don't wanna end up in trouble or  :idiot:
