5 38x15.50x15 Super Swamper TSL Radial tires on 15x10 5 on 4.5 wheels

I am selling these for a friend. Tires have about 3,000 miles on them.  qty 5 Super Swamper TSL radial 38x15.50x15 on 15x10 5 on 4.5 black D window wheels
one of them has a bubble on the sidewall but can be used as a spare tire. Tires and wheels are located in Burtonsville, MD. 301-502-6180
he is asking 1500.00 obo he said he paid over 2300.00  for them They have no rock rash at all on them I think he used them for mild trail use as he does not like to scratch his paint
